Ring size issues
Will changing my ring by a quarter size make a difference?
Most jewelers donít offer quarter sizes because changing your ring that much is actually very slight; you may not feel the difference on your finger with such a small alteration. We recommend wearing your ring for a few days to allow your fingers to get used to the fit and feel of the ring. Occasionally we have customers return rings to be resized only to find out they didnít need a different size after all.
My ring feels loose in the morning but fine the rest of the day, what should I do?
Fingers actually change size throughout the day and are affected by both physical activity and temperature. Usually human fingers are slimmest in the morning after sleeping all night. Physical activity and warm temperatures increases blood flow and cause fingers to swell. Conversely, inactivity and cold temperatures result in smaller fingers.
My ring is WAY too big or small, what should I do?
If your ring easily falls off your finger or wonít even go over you knuckle, you probably need to increase or decrease your ring size by a full size or more. Someone who wears a 9.5 size ring will also be able to wear a 9 or a 10. The decision of how tight the ring fits is personal preference.

Is your ring a bit too narrow? Or maybe it's too wide. Perhaps you'd like it better in another metal (rose, white, yellow gold). Whatever the case may be, we'd love to help you find the perfect ring.

- Excessively damaged or worn items (not caused by everyday use)
- Custom orders
Non-refundable charges to be deducted from refund:
- Upgraded shipping
- Engraving removal fee ($20)
- Special finish removal fee ($10)
Any free promotional items (free pearl earrings, necklaces, etc.) included with your order must be returned.
Start your return
The return process will be handled primarily via email. If we need clarification of an email we may call the number you provide.
Please email the following information to firstname.lastname@example.org to obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. All fields are required. You will be emailed an RMA number within 24 hours (except weekends).

- Order number
- Reason for return
- Instructions (if returning for an exchange or size change)
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. All returns must be in the original eWeddingBands packaging (i.e. jewelry box) and must not exhibit signs of excessive wear or mistreatment. Please see our Guarantee if you have additional questions.
Regardless of which carrier you choose, we recommend shipping your package insured for the full value of the item(s). The US Postal Service is often the least expensive way to ship. Any unauthorized packages may be returned to sender.
eWeddingBands is not responsible for loss or damage of return shipments. Please insure and package carefully!
Your refund should appear within 4-7 business days of receipt of acceptable returned merchandise
