Ring size issues
Will changing my ring by a quarter size make a difference?
Most jewelers donít offer quarter sizes because changing your ring that much is actually very slight; you may not feel the difference on your finger with such a small alteration. We recommend wearing your ring for a few days to allow your fingers to get used to the fit and feel of the ring. Occasionally we have customers return rings to be resized only to find out they didnít need a different size after all.
My ring feels loose in the morning but fine the rest of the day, what should I do?
Fingers actually change size throughout the day and are affected by both physical activity and temperature. Usually human fingers are largest in the morning after sleeping all night. Physical activity and warm temperatures increases blood flow and cause fingers to swell. Conversely, inactivity and cold temperatures result in smaller fingers.
My ring is WAY too big or small, what should I do?
If your ring easily falls off your finger or wonít even go over you knuckle, you probably need to increase or decrease your ring size by a full size or more. Someone who wears a 9.5 size ring will also be able to wear a 9 or a 10. The decision of how tight the ring fits is personal preference.
To return your ring due to a size issue follow the same steps under "How to start your return". Just make sure to put the new size in the instructions section.

Is your ring a bit too narrow? Or maybe it's too wide. Perhaps you'd like it better in another metal (rose, white, yellow gold). Whatever the case may be, we'd love to help you find the perfect ring.

Any free promotional items (free pearl earrings, necklaces, etc.) included with your order must be returned.
Start your return
The return process will be handled primarily via email. If we need clarification of an email we may call the number you provide.
Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. Please include all of the following:
- Order number
- Current phone
- Current shipping address
- Reason for return
Check instructions below for clarification on any of these fields. After submitting your request, you will be emailed an RMA number within 24 hours (except weekends).
NOTE: Rings returned without an RMA number will not be processed.
This should appear as it does on the original order. If you did not place the original order, use the name of the person who did and not your own.
This should appear as it does on the order receipt. If the receipt only has a reference number, you may use that instead. If you no longer have the receipt, note the year the ring was ordered, or your best guess at the year it was ordered. For instance, if you ordered the ring just before your wedding in January of 2014 but are unsure if you ordered before the new year or not, you may write "2014 or 2013"

Current Shipping Address
In all circumstances except refunds, this is where we will ship the new or altered ring. If this address should change while the return is in process, notify customer service immediately. If you are returning for a refund, you may leave this field blank.
Reason for Return
Briefly explain what you would like done with your items, and why. If requesting a refund, include the reason. If requesting an exchange, include the SKU of, or the link to, the desired item.
Customers are responsible for return shipping. eWeddingBands will not assume liability for any item until it is received, and we strongly recommend shipping your package insured for the full value of the contents. The US Postal Service is often the least expensive way to ship. Any unauthorized packages may be returned to sender. Instructions included with the package will NOT be honored. In the event that any of your original return instructions change, customer service should be notified directly. Returns are usually processed the business day after receipt.
