How soon will my wedding band order ship? Each band lists how many days before shipping, however we recommend you call us if you are in a hurry we may be able to ship sooner.

To determine when you will receive your order, take the number of days listed on the Product Information page and add credit approval/payment time (immediate if you ship to the same billing address - see below), then add your selected shipping time!

Orders placed after 3pm Mountain Time are usually processed the next business day. If you need your order sooner than what these guidelines suggest, you can always call us to see if we can meet your deadline. We are flexible and will do everything humanly possible to meet your needs!

NOTE: Engraving or added textures does NOT slow shipping times!

Priority Mail - FREE: Priority Mail can also be sent to your US street address, and is delivered in 2-3 business days after your bands have been crafted.  Priority Mail is a service of the US Postal Service, and will also come with insurance and a tracking number.

FedEx Express: provides fast, reliable, time-definite express delivery (1-3 business days) within the US. At e-WeddingBands, we know that every package we ship is one of the most important parts of your wedding or special occasion.

FedEx Express Saver (3-Day): If you are in the continental United States and are not shipping to a PO Box, we will ship FedEx 3-day. Please note that this does not mean you will have your order 3 days after ordering. Once your order is ready (see guide above) you will receive it via 3-day shipping.

FedEx 2-Day: Select this option and once your order is ready, we will ship FedEx 2-Day. Please note that this does not mean you will have your order 2 days after ordering. Once your order is ready (see guide above) you will receive it via 2-day shipping.

FedEx Overnight: Customers using FedEx Overnight shipping have their orders expedited to top priority. Once items are ready to ship, we use FedEx to overnight them. This is the best shipping option to guarantee delivery by a certain date. Once ready, we will ship overnight. Please note that this does not mean you will have your order the day after ordering. Once your order is ready (see guide above) you will receive it via overnight shipping. We always expedite orders placed with Overnight Shipping.

Military APO Address: Have a military APO/FPO, or PO Box address? No problem! We will ship to you via the US Postal Service (USPS Priority).

Tracking Numbers: We issue tracking numbers for every shipment so you can track the progress of your package and find out exactly when your order will arrive.

International Shipping:
We have shipped hundreds of our high-quality wedding bands to international customers living in countries that allow the import of jewelry, and we are happy to ship to you!  We are currently able to ship to a considerable list of countries outside of the US, which can be found on the drop-down menu of the Shopping Cart page.  (If a country is not found on that list, we do not ship there because of prohibitive costs, a history of jewelry theft in that area, or because the shipping services we are contracted with do not ship jewelry to that country.)  

Also, most credit card companies require that we obtain additional identity verification information, so we may contact you for that as well.  We strongly recommend that our international customers pay with PayPal, as it is the safest and quickest way to pay for an international order.  Click here to read more information we have available for our international customers.  

For most international orders we offer FedEx International Priority, which is a 3-day shipping service, FedEx International Economy, which usually takes about 4-6 business days, and USPS Priority Mail Express International, which takes about 5 business days.  The options available for your address will be found at the Shopping Cart page once your country and postal code are entered.

Weather Conditions: On the rare occasion there are delays due to inclement weather or natural disaster, neither FedEx nor e- Wedding Bands offer refunds or discounts for shipping.

Shipping address differs from billing address: For your convenience, we can ship your order to an address other than your billing address, although it may slightly delay your order. For your protection, we call and verify every order that is shipped to any person or address other than the card holder or address the bank has on file. For quick processing, the card holder may contact us directly to verify this information as soon as order is placed.
