How soon will my wedding band order ship?
Each band lists how many days before shipping, however we recommend you call us if you are in a hurry we may be able to ship sooner.
To determine when you will receive your order, take the number of days listed on the Product Information page and add credit approval/payment time (immediate if you ship to the same billing address - see below), then add your selected shipping time!
NOTE: Engraving or added textures does NOT slow shipping times!
Free 3 - 5 day shipping (after order processing)
For any domestic orders we are proud to provide free shipping that takes 3 - 5 days. Simply choose free shipping during checkout!
2 day shipping (after order processing)
If you would like to upgrade your shipping you can choose 2-day shipping. This means that after we are finished processing your order we will upgrade your shipping to only take 2 days to get to you.
Overnight shipping (after order processing)
This is the best option if you need your order by a certain date. After we are finished processing your order, we will overnight your package to you. Please note this does NOT mean you will receive your package the day after you place the order. Once your order is ready to ship (which can take a few days) you will receive it via overnight shipping.Shipping FAQs:
Q: Can you ship to a Military APO Address?
A: Have a military APO/FPO, or PO Box address? No problem! We will ship to you via the US Postal Service (USPS Priority).
Q: Will I get a tracking numbers when my order ships?
A: Yes! We issue tracking numbers for every shipment so you can track the progress of your package and find out exactly when your order will arrive. You'll be emailed the tracking information as soon as the mail carrier picks up the package.Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: We have shipped hundreds of our high-quality wedding bands to international customers living in countries that allow the import of jewelry, and we are happy to ship to you! We are currently able to ship to a considerable list of countries outside of the US, which can be found on the drop-down menu of the Shopping Cart page. (If a country is not found on that list, we do not ship there because of prohibitive costs, a history of jewelry theft in that area, or because the shipping services we are contracted with do not ship jewelry to that country.)
Also, most credit card companies require that we obtain additional identity verification information, so we may contact you for that as well. We strongly recommend that our international customers pay with PayPal, as it is the safest and quickest way to pay for an international order. Q: What happens if weather conditions delay my order?
A: On the rare occasion there are delays due to inclement weather or natural disaster, eWeddingBands does not offer refunds or discounts for shipping.
Q. What if my shipping address differs from the billing address?
A. For your convenience, we can ship your order to an address other than your billing address. For your protection, we may call and verify your order. For quick processing, the card holder may contact us directly to verify this information as soon as order is placed.
