In a time, where I've come to expect shoddy product, broken promises & couldn't care less customer service, you shocked me in every category. Everything about my transaction was better than expected or hoped for. Jillian is an ace. Never lose her. Shopping the net, I 'thought' another on line store had a better price. But I was not comparing apples to apples. When I did compare the same item, you had them beat, hands down. Return policy is better. I was pretty sure I'd need to return the ring, because I was afraid I'd order the wrong size. You have by far the best policy for return, for any reason. As it turned out, I got the correct size. Okay, the size. I needed an odd size. No extra time required for you to deal with this. The other guys needed extra time. Time was an issue. My fault. But I was up against the wall to get it by a certain date. If all went well, I'd have it on the last possible day. But you beat that.

When looking for the perfect band, my husband decided he wanted a domed, comfort fit, with step down sides. I wanted it in heavy 18kt gold, but it wasn't on the website. I sent an email query to see if one was available. Even though it wasn't a stocked item, they were able to add the step down sides to the band I wanted for a very nominal fee. I wasn't comfortable doing a special order on the form, so I called in to place the order, and I'm so happy I did. Not only were they able to do it right the first time (no worries), the person I spoke with was even able to expand the engraving by a few characters to get what I truly wanted inside his ring. Thank goodness he has large fingers! It was a great experience because of the knowledgeable, friendly, and personal service I received. ...and he LOVES his new ring.

. . . as a guy who has never worn a ring before, the whole wedding band shopping process can be intimidating. People typically prefer to do business with a 'brick and mortar' jewelry store so they can try on the ring and make sure it fits and is the desired style. Buying wedding bands on-line is such a dubious and worrisome thing, and as the months go by, I was disheartened of ever finding the perfect wedding rings and was considering the boring designs available in the stores here in Singapore.
That’s when I bumped into e-Weddingbands.com almost entirely by accident. I went through the website, and really like what I saw. Of course the huge problem was that I’m living all the way here in Singapore, and I wouldn’t know for sure if the rings will ever come my way. In fact a lot of my friends and family told me it was a dangerous thing to make purchases online, especially a site that has no one here has ever heard off.
However I fell in love with your titanium rings collection so I dropped in an email to you.
Even with the 12 hour difference, Jillian was very prompt with her responses and emails. She also even allowed me to send the first ring to my friend's house in Ohio, as he will be coming back to pass me the rings personally. Jillian managed to assure me and the rings arrived promptly and in great condition.
Seeing how the first ring got to my friend without any hassle, I was now confident to purchase my second ring again from e-Weddingbands.com. Again, Jillian provided polite, warm and prompt responses to my queries.

Very satisfied with eWeddingbands as a whole, but especially with their customer service. I ordered rings for my wife and I a week before our wedding, and we got them with time to spare. A few weeks later I broke my ring at work, and sent an email to eWedding Bands seeing if they could help me replace it. About 10 minutes later I had my response, and sent my ring back a few days later. They received the ring a few days later and today (about a week and a half later) I received my new ring. They actually sent me my old ring back as well with a note that said "You may want this for its sentimental value...." I'm a sucker for great customer service, and quick transactions and personalized notes are as good as it gets!!!

I am a frazzled bride-to-be. I also own a small law firm that happens to be very busy at the same time I am planning to walk down the isle. Since time was of the essence, I decided to take a huge leap of faith and risk ordering a wedding band online.
I priced the wedding bands that my fiancé liked, and I have to say that E- Wedding Bands was the most reasonably priced vendor by far. So, I jumped in and ordered a wedding band for my fiancé. It came, and the ring was stunning.
It turns out that the band did not fit John and we needed to return it for re-sizing.
I braced myself for the return nightmare, imagining all of the horribles in dealing with an e-company. The internet is, for me, a mystical place sort of like a black hole in space. So nothing about this transaction was appealing (except for the price and the quality of the ring). And then I called E- Wedding Bands customer service.
Wow was I surprised. I was treated with the kindest and most caring attitude, which is so rare these days. And it turns out that this care was not just from one representative. I have been emailing and calling this company on a regular basis now, (remember: I am that frazzled bride-to-be) and EVERYONE has not only been courteous, but they have been warm, friendly and have gone out of their way to accommodate me and this purchase.
In a way, I am glad that the ring did not fit. The exchange allowed me to meet the most gracious people. Ring quality: excellent. Ring price: far surpasses the competition. Staff: fantastic. I can say without hesitation that if I am ever in need of another purchase like this one, E- Wedding Bands will be the FIRST place I look.

Last May, my fiancé and I were to be married in less than a week from the proposal. We looked online and found a beautiful assortment of wedding bands at e- Wedding Bands.com. With phone calls and e-mails flying both ways, we were able to get the rings we wanted and have them FedEx'd in time for the wedding. After the wedding I noticed my ring was a little tight. Some would say the tightening of the grip a wife puts on her husband. I submit to you it was not. I just purchased the wrong size. After contacting your web site and informing them of my problem, they quickly sent out another ring and asking that I return the other. Now, 8 months later, I had a small issue with the ring. I won’t describe but these things happen. E- Wedding Bands.com was Johnny on the spot. With an e-mail, they were able to determine it is a warranty issue and are sending me a new rings as I type this. Thanks e-Weddingbands.com for your great customer service which is very rare in today's markets. I hope not to need you in the future as I have the girl of my dreams. I will, however recommend you to everyone else.
