How soon will my wedding band order ship? Each band lists how many
days before shipping, however we recommend you call us as we may be able to ship sooner during the holidays.
To determine when you will receive your order, take the number of days listed
on the Product Information page and add credit approval/payment time (immediate
if you ship to the same billing address - see below), then add your selected
Orders placed after 3pm Mountain Time are usually processed the
next business day. If you need your order sooner than what these guidelines
suggest, you can always call us to see if we can meet your deadline. We
are flexible and will do everything humanly possible to meet your needs!
NOTE: Engraving or added Textures does NOT slow shipping times!
FedEx Express provides fast, reliable, time-definite express delivery
(1-3 business days) within the US. Itís the quality service youíve

FedEx Ground Insured - FREE: If you are in the continental United States
and are not shipping to a PO Box, we will ship FedEx Ground Insured FREE! Delivery takes 1 to 7 business days from the time we ship, depending on your distance from Utah.
FedEx Express Saver Insured - $12.95: If you are in the continental United States
and are not shipping to a PO Box, we will ship FedEx 3-day Insured.
FedEx 2-Day Insured - $19.95: Select this option and once your order is ready, we will ship FedEx 2-Day Insured! Please note that this does not mean you will have your order 2 days after ordering. Once your order is ready (see guide above) you will receive it via 2-day shipping.
FedEx Overnight Insured - $26.95: Customers using
FedEx Overnight Shipping have their orders expedited to top priority. Once items are ready to ship, we use FedEx to overnight them. This is the best shipping option to guarantee delivery by a certain date. Once ready, we will
ship overnight! Please note that this does not mean you will have your order the day after ordering. Once your order is ready (see guide above) you will receive it via overnight shipping. We always expedite orders placed with Overnight Shipping.
Hawaii & Alaska - $19.95
Military APO Address - $15: Have a military APO/FPO, or PO Box address? No
problem! We will ship to you via the US Postal Service (USPS Priority)!
We issue tracking numbers on all three shipping options so you can find out
exactly when your order will arrive!
International FedEx Shipping:
We have shipped hundreds of our high quality wedding bands to international
customers living in countries that allow the import of jewelry, and we are
happy to ship to you! Start by placing your order on our secure website.
Once it is received we will contact you with any additional requirements
that are particular to your country. Also, most credit card companies
require that we obtain additional identity verification information, so we
may contact you for that as well.
Due to differing FedEx rates to each country, we will contact you after you place your order with the exact shipping charge.

Weather Conditions: On the rare occasion there are delays due to inclement weather or natural disaster, neither FedEx nor e- Wedding Bands offer
refunds or discounts for shipping.
Shipping address differs from billing address: For your convenience, we can ship your order to an address other than your billing address, although it may slightly delay your order. As a security precaution, we request that your alternate shipping address be on file with
your credit card company. For your protection, we call and verify every order that is shipped to any person or address other than the card holder or address the bank has on file. For quick processing, the card holder may contact us directly to verify this information right after the order is placed.
