I just wanted to take a moment to let you know I appreciate the wonderful service you provided me. Placing an order on-line on Friday and receiving the merchandise the following Tuesday (Monday was a Fed-Ex holiday) is above and beyond any other internet company I have dealt with in the past. I do a great portion of my purchases via the internet. The personal message sent to verify my concern (only the gold portion brushed) would be properly handled was a nice touch and the reinforcement that that would look good was appreciated. On a scale of 1 to 10 for internet businesses you fully deserve a 10.5. The rings fit perfectly, we had received your sizing rings over 5 months ago and they sure were a big help.

I am more pleased with e-Weddingbands.com than I ever guessed I could be. As a married teenager my husband's replacement wedding band was the first thing I ever ordered on-line with our credit card. In the Christmas rush I thought it might be a stupid thing to do, but as no one else had what I wanted, I gave e-Weddingbands the benefit of the doubt. I ordered on a Saturday, less than two weeks before Christmas. My order was processed that same day and shipped on Monday morning. I used the free shipping and expected it to be at least Friday before the engraved ring arrived. Boy was I ever surprised when I got back from a shopping trip with my nephew's Tuesday evening and the ring was waiting at my front door! It was exactly what I wanted and even more beautiful than I expected! I recommend this company to anyone who wants quality jewelry and quality service!

They're perfectly uniform and the weight alone shows that they have a lot of substance to them. I also love how shiny they are. This is my second band that I have ordered from you. My first order was for my husband in the 14k gold and mine is in the 14k white gold. Prior to ordering "my" ring from you, I had placed an order for a ring that I liked from some other jeweler. I was so disappointed when I got the ring because it looked nothing like the photo on their website, so I sent it back. Then I tried their comfort band (thinking they can't go wrong with that) and I couldn't believe my eyes when I saw it! It was scratched, dented and had weird spots on it.
