Thank you again for all your help with the rings. We are of humble means, &, for us, this was a major purchase. We shopped no less than 3 local jewelers prior to contacting you. Although everyone was nice, no one else had the selection or up-to-date product knowledge that you possess at e-weddingbands.com. Specifically, none of the local jewelers carried much, if any, inventory in palladium. No one had anything approximating the contemporary “Newport”-style band. Of the jewelers who had access to a palladium vendor didn’t carry the style that my wife had reluctantly decided to “settle for” in the desired 5 mm inside-round width, only 4mm & 6 mm. Finally, my bride required a 6¾” sizing, but everyone else told her that she’d have to decide between a too-small size of 6½” and a too-large size of 7”. In summary, we always felt that we had to conform to their limited inventory, whereas e-weddingbands.com stocked enough precious metals, designs, styles & sizes that we easily found “the bands” that conformed to our desires. Frankly, dealing with you was a huge relief compared to our other experiences. Contacting you made what had been previously a long, laborious, unfruitful search, a much easier & quicker decision. We were able to place our internet order within 5 min. of hanging up with you on the phone. I would say to any prospective buyer: if you’re having trouble with indecision or anxiety over which wedding bands to buy, you probably haven’t yet visited e-weddingbands.com & spoken with Brian Patch.
Bottom line: we couldn’t be happier, & we will recommend you to anyone & everyone that we stumble across who is in search of quality wedding bands. We’ve already sung your praises to a couple family members. You’re the best! |

I have received my Palladium heavy duty comfort band and I love it! My husband & I have been married for 15 years and have both put on a bit of weight. I had to have my wedding ring cut off and it was awful. I'll get it fixed soon but I wanted a plain white gold band since I wear so much silver now. I saw the Palladium on your site. Researched it and thought it would be the best option for me. It is a very comfortable ring and still shiny. I want to graciously thank you for all your help on choosing the right wedding band. I am really glad I chose the 7mm over the 6mm. I have worn it since Friday and I don't even know it is there with the exception of the gold polished glare. I had a 4mm band my wife purchased from Walmart and there is a huge difference in size and weight but this ring is much more comfortable to wear and I don't notice the weight of the ring. Tell anyone who calls that the heavy band is the way to go! Size, feel, shape, cost and appearance are a major plus and honestly I could have gone for an 8mm, however, I am very happy with my choice.
