I received my ring today and thought I would take a moment to say how pleased and surprised I am. I ordered the heavy 4mm platinum ring and was surprised at how heavy the ring actually is. Well worth the price. Shipping was on time, which is important to me as I travel 85% of the year, and the customer service rep that I spoke to over the phone was very helpful.

I ordered a titanium wedding band from you last week and even though it was a special order as you didn't have the size available, I received it in just one week! Back in January I ordered the same type band from a local jewelry store. It was supposed to take one week. Five weeks later, they still couldn't tell me when I might expect delivery. It too was a special order. Tired of waiting, I got my money back, found you on the internet, placed my order and saved $!
The ring is beautiful and my husband loves it. It's his fourth band since our wedding in 1982. I'm hoping this titanium one will be the last one he'll need. But if not, I now know where to get another.
