Easy Instructions for International Customers

International FedEx Shipping:
We have shipped thousands of our high quality wedding bands to international customers living in countries that allow the import of jewelry and we are happy to ship to you! Start by placing your order through our secure website. Once it is received we will contact you with any additional requirements that are particular to your country. Also, most credit card companies require that we obtain additional identity verification information, so we may contact you for that as well.

Requirements for International Orders for Your Protection:
For every international order, the ship-to address MUST match the bill-to address unless you are using PayPal. This is for the protection of the cardholder and for e- Wedding Bands.

Payment:
We accept the following forms of payment for international orders:

  • PayPal (Highly Recommended: PayPal requires a confirmed address before approving your purchase. Using PayPal ensures a smooth transaction with very minimal delay)
  • Credit Card
  • Wire Transfer: Our fee to receive payment through wire transfer is only $25 and will be added to your order should you prefer this option. Use this form so you know what information the bank will need to process your wire transfer.

International Returns
Please insure any return for the full amount you paid for your item. Please use FedEx, DHL, or the International postal service for returns. DO NOT USE UPS for an international return, as they charge an additional fee to the recipient and you will be responsible for this fee.

Shipping Address Differs from Billing Address
For your protection, all international orders are shipped to your billing address as verifiable through the bank, unless you use PayPal.

Shipping Rates
FedEx rates vary from country to country. Shipping amounts appear in your shopping cart once you enter your country and postal code.

We do not ship to Romania, Nigeria or Indonesia. Also, France does not allow the import of jewelry.

As purchaser, you are responsible for any duties, taxes and customs charges that may apply to the shipment and goods upon delivery. We recommend contacting your shipping agent, a local FedEx office, or registering online at FedEx.com for an estimate of these costs.

All approximate processing times are listed on the detailed product page. If you didn't see this information, you can go back to www.e-weddingbands.com and click on the picture of the ring of your choice to see the estimated processing time. Orders with multiple rings will ship when all the wedding bands are ready. Once your order is processed, it will be shipped FedEx International Priority, which generally takes 2-3 business days.

Canada: Per change in Canadian law, when exchanging a previous item purchased, regardless of coverage under warranty, the Goods and Services Tax (GST) may be charged again upon re-delivery of item(s). It is our understanding you will not pay any duty on a return purchase (sizing, exchange, warrantied items). We will still process all international returns per FedEx guidelines.

For Loose Diamonds
International orders for loose diamonds must be paid for by wire transfer. Diamonds will be shipped internationally only after receipt of the wired funds is verified.

You should receive an e-mail confirmation with a FedEx tracking number from us as soon as your order ships. (Please note, many e-mail programs, such as Hotmail and Yahoo will filter the e-mail from FedEx to your junk folder).
