International FedEx Shipping:
We have shipped thousands of our high quality wedding bands to international customers living in countries that allow the import of jewelry and we are happy to ship to you!  Start by placing your order through our secure website. Once it is received we will contact you with any additional requirements that are particular to your country.  Also, most credit card companies require that we obtain additional identity verification information, so we may contact you for that as well.

Requirements for Identity Verification for Your Protection:
For every international order, we must obtain the name, telephone number (usually found on the back of the card), and location of the bank that issues your card. (This information can be emailed.)

For increased security, orders over $500 also require a faxed copy of the credit card you are using (front and back) and a photocopy of corresponding photo ID.  This documentation is to prove possession of the card and confirm cardholder identity.  You are welcome to black out all but the last 4 digits of the credit card number before faxing the image to us.  Our fax number is 801-377-3050 (001-801-377-3050).  ** For your protection, please do not email this information to us---email is not secure.

Please be assured that any information we receive from you will be protected with the highest security, and will be destroyed promptly when the verification is completed.

We know this fax request may seem unusual compared to security measures with other online companies.  However, online jewelry purchases are a favorite target for thieves, and these extra steps help reduce losses and protect both of us from fraudulent activity.  Many other online jewelers have discontinued international shipments because of fraud, but with your cooperation, we hope to continue offering our high quality wedding bands to international customers for many more years. 

If you are still uncomfortable with this verification process, you are always welcome to wire the funds through your bank.  Wire transfers are safe and totally secure for both parties involved.  Our fee to receive payment through wire transfer is only $25 and will be added to your order should you prefer this option.  Use this form so you know what information the bank will need to process your wire transfer.

Shipping Address Differs from Billing Address
For your protection, all international orders are shipped to your billing address as verifiable through the bank. 

Shipping Rates
Due to differing FedEx rates to each country, we will contact you after you place your order with the exact shipping charge.  Here are some sample rates for countries we ship to regularly.

Canada: $45
Puerto Rico: $45
UK: $45
Australia and New Zealand:  $65
Asian and European countries: We will contact you with the exact charge.
We do not ship to Romania, Nigeria or Indonesia.  Also, France does not allow the import of jewelry.

As purchaser, you are responsible for any duties, taxes and customs charges that may apply to the shipment and goods upon delivery.  We recommend contacting your shipping agent, a local FedEx office, or registering online at FedEx.com for an estimate of these costs.
 
All approximate processing times are listed on the detailed product page.  If you didn't see this information, you can go back to www.e-weddingbands.com and click on the picture of the ring of your choice to see the estimated processing time. Orders with multiple rings will ship when all the wedding bands are ready.  Once your order is processed, it will be shipped FedEx International Priority, which generally takes 2-3 business days.

Canada: Per change in Canadian law, when exchanging a previous item purchased, regardless of coverage under warranty, the Goods and Services Tax (GST) may be charged again upon re-delivery of item(s).  It is our understanding you will not pay any duty on a return purchase (sizing, exchange, warrantied items).  We will still process all international returns per FedEx guidelines.

For Loose Diamonds
International orders for loose diamonds must be paid for by wire transfer. Diamonds will be shipped internationally only after receipt of the wired funds is verified.

You should receive an e-mail confirmation with a FedEx tracking number from us as soon as your order ships.  (Please note, many e-mail programs, such as Hotmail and Yahoo will filter the e-mail from FedEx to your junk folder).
