if you are not 100% satisfied with your Diamond for ANY reason!

The same great money-back guarantee we offer on our wedding bands also applies to your loose diamond purchase from e- Wedding Bands! Any order placed between Nov. 2 and Dec. 23 will have until January 23 to return an item to us for a refund or exchange.

Simply follow these guidelines for a hassle-free return of the diamond:

1. Complete the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Form to receive an RMA number for the return of your merchandise.
2. All returns must be in their complete original packaging and must not exhibit signs of being mistreated. We cannot accept merchandise that has been altered or damaged in any way. Please note: Any missing diamond box package items or certificates carry a $195 replacement fee.
3. Return shipping method: On your receipt, if the price of the item you're returning is:
   
   • $500 or Less: You can ship it via any carrier you choose. Be sure to ship your diamond fully insured, and request a delivery confirmation that your shipment has reached us.*
   • More than $500: Ship your package via US Postal Service Registered Mail™, insured for the full value of the item(s), and request a return receipt for confirmation that your shipment has reached us.* (Please note: FedEx® and UPS® will not insure merchandise over $500.)
   • Any unauthorized or non-insured packages will be returned to sender.

Once your return is received, our returns department will review it for quality assurance, and the diamond serial number will be verified. A full merchandise refund will be issued within three business days of receipt of acceptable returned merchandise, less a minimal re-stocking fee to cover original shipping costs ($15) and any applicable fees for missing diamond box items. You will receive an e-mail notification once your return has been received and processed.

No Conflict Diamonds: e- Wedding Bands certifies that the diamonds offered for sale on our site have been purchased from legitimate sources not involved in funding conflict and in compliance with United Nations Resolutions. e- Wedding Bands hereby guarantees that these diamonds are conflict free, based on personal knowledge and/or written guarantees provided by the suppliers of our diamonds. e- Wedding Bands warrants that conflict diamonds will not be knowingly sold by us and that, to the best of our ability, we will undertake reasonable measures to help prevent the sale of conflict diamonds in this country.
