| The ring was beautiful but needed to go back for resizing and was already engraved! Customer service were friendly and prompt in sending out free ring sizers. Once I got my RMA to send the ring back, my resized and reengraved ring was back in no time. Thanks! | ||||

The ring I ordered was engraved, and it was still completed and shipped very soon after having placed the order. The ring has a good weight and thickness--just as described. The craftsman ship is amazing and exactly what you expect and want when purchasing a platinum ring. You will not be left disappointed. During the process of ordering and purchasing, we had many questions. Each time we called, we spoke to someone (without having to undergo a series of menus) who was helpful and patient. It felt as though I was speaking to someone at my local, small jewelry store. I highly recommend this company for the purchase of high-quality, beautiful rings. |
