Very helpful customer service folks on the phone to help facilitate exchange. Ordered free plastic ring sizers, which were helpful, but we still had to exchange a ring because of size and they made it a very easy, no-hassle process. The rings are excellent, and the inscriptions very nice. |

I talked with people at E-Wedding bands and they were friendly, knowledgeable and focused on giving me excactly what I wanted.
This band is very comfortable and lightweight, something that can be hard to find in a solid platinum band - I had it engraved and it is my wedding ring - I am very happy with it.
