My fiance wanted a wedding ring that was the same style as his late father's wedding ring. E-wedding bands was the only place I could find the 3mm width in platinum with a comfort fit, at a great price and have it in less than 4 weeks. When I inquired about engraving it in a script versus block lettering, the sales department was very responsive and helpful. I received the ring a day earlier than expected and it is perfect. My fiance is very happy with the style and the fit. Thank you for your excellent customer service. |

Ring fits perfectly. Simple, elegant, yet substantial. 3mm Pt dome comfort-fit rings are priced $200-375 more in our area. Engraving was nicely done & so reasonable. Again, local engraving starts at $20 up to $45! Item was delivered in four days. Customer service should receive "Oscar" awards if they had such a category. E-wedding bands deserves high accolades for providing such excellent service! |

Although I won't be married until next week, I find myself slipping this timeless classic onto my finger for a spell every day! It is substancial enough to feel the weightiness of the ring but not bulky. The engraving is neat and clean. I'm very excited to put this ring on for good!! |

We purchased 2 platinum bands from e-Weddingbands.com. One was perfect, the other a bit too heavy. We contacted the team at e-Weddingbands.com and they were more than willing to provide the RMA needed to return the item. Given the outstanding service and price, we replaced the returned band with a lighter version. Arrived with time to spare. Can't say enough about the quality, service and price. |

We went to many stores and I tried on very similar bands that cost $600-$1100. We wanted platinum for its durability but didn’t have a lot of money to spend. But once we found this site we were thrilled. Upon receiving the ring we couldn't tell the difference between this one and the more expensive ones. It was just as heavy and just as shiny! You can't go wrong with purchasing your ring from this site. |

Very helpful customer service folks on the phone to help facilitate exchange. Ordered free plastic ring sizers, which were helpful, but we still had to exchange a ring because of size and they made it a very easy, no-hassle process. The rings are excellent, and the inscriptions very nice. |
