As a wedding photographer I've seen and photographed many rings through the years. This ring is AWESOME!! Not only does is it look good, it endures all the abuses of my line of work. I usually handle tough magnesium alloy cameras with anodized aluminum (harder than steel) accessories attached to them. And my ring comes into direct contact with these parts very very often, as I need to quickly grab the cameras, or cradle them with my ring hand. There are no scratches, no scuffs, no loss of shine whatsoever on my tungsten ring!! That is perfect for my type of use, where everything else I've worn - titanium and stainless steel watches, and sterling silver ring for example - have scratched or lost their shine due to the rough handling they must endure during work. I would highly recommend this ring to anyone. Even the weight is a non issue for me, as I prefer a ring with a little more substance. I like things to be build like a tank, and this ring certainly qualifies. |
