I ordered the beveled ring with the textured accent about 3 weeks before my wedding. I was really looking forward to the durability of the tungsten carbide. The ring took one day longer than promised to arrive, but once it got here I was very impressed with its strength and polish. I did, however, have a major problem with the size of the accent. It was MUCH bigger than what was shown in the online picture. After bringing this to Jillian's attention, and after she cleared it with her boss, she arranged to let me exchange the ring for one with the specified accent. She even rushed the delivery of the second ring to make sure it arrived in time for the wedding. The new ring was much closer to what was shown in the picture and I have been very satisfied with it for the first week or so of wearing it. Since I'm not used to wearing a ring yet, I accidentally forgot to take it off before I moved some cinder blocks the other day. After a scary screaching sound, I looked down to see the ring was still in perfect condition. Thank goodness for tungsten carbide. So, overall, GREAT service and a great ring. |
