I wanted something simple and pretty and this looks great against my solitaire engagement ring. I like the ring, but unfortunately a local appraisal came back stating that it was only .33ct in total (vs. listed specs of .47-.52) and worth $550. After hearing of my appraisal, e-weddingbands.com followed-up with me to ensure I was happy with my purchase. I was asked to confirm that the “.50” stamp could be found on the inside of the band (it was there!) and received a detailed explanation as to how an appraisal could be off (measuring the diameter of smaller diamonds in a channel set can be difficult). I was then offered a chance to return my ring to e-weddingbands.com for a second appraisal–all at no additional cost to me. I really appreciated the thoughtfulness of the owner to follow-up with me and appreciated the second opinion. The level of customer service I received amazed me and I would definitely buy again from e-weddingbands.com!

My fiance & I shopped for our wedding bands where he bought my engagement ring (one of those rip-off wedding jewelry stores (R*****s Diamonds). I basically knew that I wanted this round diamond channel-set ring. They tried to sell me a .25 ct. band, with lesser quality diamonds for the same price that I paid for my .50 ct. from e-weddingbands.com. We purchased a higher quality diamond ring and twice the ct. weight for the same price.....it was a no brainer. I couldn't be happier with my purchase from e-weddingbands. |

Customer service was great great great and my wife loooooooved the rings. I got her 2 of them and they were flawless and beautiful!!! I compared several places and the price here was about half of what everyone else was charging with the same specs if not better! My wife is so happy!

This ring is absolutely beautiful in person and the diamonds are bigger than I had expected! It fits like a dream and matches my diamond solitaire perfectly. I would have had to pay twice the price for a similar ring if I were to buy it from a local jeweler. Thank you so much for such a smooth and efficient transaction, and for helping my fiance and I save money for our wedding day! |
