We received the band in less than a week and it was perfect in every way. It looked gorgeous, it fit perfectly, the engraving was correct and it arrived in a week. I dont think you can ask anymore than that. We saved a lot of money by buying here. Comparable bands in the brick and mortar jewelry stores were hundreds (yes hundreds) of dollars more and they had to special order anything platinum in many of them and they said it would take weeks! The communication is excellent as well. They were unsure on something for the engraving and called me right away to clarify it. I like that a lot! By the way, it is a heavy band so if you are thinking it is not a quality platinum, you are mistaken. It weighs a ton! He will treasure this band for a lifetime and we are very pleased with this company and their service. Overall fantastic transaction. |
