	The finished product that we received was really nice and i am impressed with the quality of the ring. However when i ordered this product and received it via fed ex it came back to me as a white gold ring instead of the yellow gold one that i had ordered. The company handled it in a very respectable manner and i even got a call from the owner himself with a full apology and he bent over backwards to help us and and resolve the issue and made sure i had the ring before my personal deadline. I now have a beautiful high-quality ring! The ring and the customer service here is exceptional! Few companies go to this length to build a great relationship with their customers.
