I recently ordered my wedding band after receiving my fiance's first (I was unsure of the dependability of an online order, so I waited to place my mine). I am thoroughly pleased with the overall quality of our rings. From ordering to receiving, it took less than a week- I was surprised how quickly these were processed. I would like to recognize Jillian and Allan for their help and patience with my special order. The customer service I received was above and beyond my expectations, THANK YOU! My ring size is a 3.5 so I had to do a special order. When I called customer service, I was informed of the extra $25 fee, and that my ring would be non-returnable/exchangable. I would highly recommend ordering the ring sizers to get an exact measurement (ring sizers only come in 1/2 steps). In closing, I admit I was skeptical at first, but the price & quality of service was well worth it. |

Within a week of ordering my band I got it in mail! The engraving looks wonderful and it fits great. I would definitely recommend this site to anyone shopping for a wedding band. |
