After 20 yrs. both of us needed new rings. After pricing rings in a few jewelry stores we decided to check on line. E-Wedding bands had several selections and great prices. We love our new rings. They fit us both perfectly. The comfort fit is just exactly what it says it is. We were so pleased with the service and extremely happy with the product. |

I ordered this for my husband, and he is very fond of it. The band is nice and solid, the delivery prompt, the customer service great. The company does take great care to ensure our satisfaction. For the engraving of the band, my husband chose the Roman numeral "I" to represent the month of January and put it next to the Arabic numerals for the day and year of our wedding. Since it is hard to distinguish between a Roman numeral "I" and and the Arabic numeral "1", I should have indicated this on the "note" field when ordering but I didn't think of it at that time, and it resulted in a very minor engraving error. Even though my husband didn't mind ("1" is still January) and decided to keep the ring as it was, I was contacted by the company to have the engraving corrected at its expense, and the band was even polished for us. Now my husband really feels the band is special to him, and we are very impressed with the company's care for customers' satisfaction and will not hesitate to recommend it to friends.
My husband likes the band very much. Thank you again for your help. We do appreciate it.
