I have had the ring for a few weeks now and its everything just as discribed. When I had a shipping question I called and got a real live person. My question was answerd and the ring was on its way. |

This band is simple, yet modern with its flat fit. The only thing I wish I had done was order a thicker size (completely my fault!!!). However, because my engagement band is very thick, it is very complimentary.
Orginally, I ordered the wrong size, and called customer service. They were understanding and immediately processed my request.
I wasn't too impresses with the engraving, but the quality of my band is great. I'd recommend purchasing your band here and having somewhere else engrave it. (Ed. note: We will check into this - we normally have raving reviews on our engraving. We want everyone to be completely satisfied!) |
