  Oh my gosh, what can I say. The customer service is superb, the communication is superb. Even the message on the answering service is superb and the emails extremely informative. The ring is gorgeous, shipping fast and without having to be expedited. Had the ring within 3 days of ordering. If I had to make any suggestions, it would be that the engraving font be displayed prior to ordering, and the ring was just not quite as thick as I expected it to be. But then again, my engagement ring is a little thicker than normal anyway, The band is a tiny bit snug, but before I send it back for resizing, I'm going to wear it for a few days as they suggested and then see. I would strongly recommend using e-wedding bands for your next purchase. They are outstanding!
