The band was just what my fiance wanted. I got a call right after I placed my order to clarify what I wanted. When I called back, they answered right away. The ring came very quickly. The price was also better for the same quality as other companies. We were very pleased with e-wedding bands! Thanks. |

The ring is great but I'm writing to talk about the customer service. Simply put, it's excellent. I know bad customer service and I'm the first one to point it out. This was the opposite.
I had a sizing issue and it was easy as can be to return the ring, even though it was a little scratched after having been worn a bit! They really want you to get what you want. I would think that after you buy the ring, they would be over you and therefore difficult to work with, but not at all. They make it extremely easy to return or exchange. |

The experience was great overall, especially the help received on the phone from the salesperson, who was able to find it in stock and send it out pronto. The ring is just what i expected--and ordering here seems no different from the jewelry store (aside from this being about 40% less), because you have to order from a catalogue there as well. They never have exactly the ring you want.
Overall, I don't understand why people don't all look at jewelry stores and buy here. |

Customer service answered all my questions, the ring was shipped to me quickly. It looks great! The inscription turned out just the way I wanted it. I am get married in 50 days, my fiance' will love this ring! It is classy, yet manly. |

I absolutely love this ring. We had looked at all of the jewelry stores at our mall for a palladium band that we liked and finally found one that we liked for $700. After I found the same ring (essentially) on this site for under $400, I was sold. I loved the free sizer as well. It was such a comfort to know that he was getting the right size. I got the ring engraved for my fiance and he is so happy with it. I was worried about the quality of the engraving since it is so affordable compared to $1 per character that other places charge, but it looks great. The staff was amazing from calling to confirm my engraving to being really patient when I decided to make a change to my order. I would 100% recommend this site to anyone who needs a quality wedding band at an affordable price. (Needless to say, I am a happy customer!) |

The ring arrived in a matter of days exactly as described. I ordered over the phone and had a great experience. The representative was very helpful. The transaction was easy and it shipped that day because my size was already in stock. The palladium looks great! I like the textured finish with the polished edges - it creates a very nice contrast. |

Ring is great and as advertised, and is basically the same ring I had picked out at local jewelry stores where it cost between $750-850. They were all willing to give me a "great discount" of 10-15%, but that still put the ring between $650 and $700. Factor in the speed and stress-free reliability of free FedEx shipping (and online tracking), and this is a great deal. |
