I ordered our wedding bands online, from Australia. Within 5 working days, I had two beautiful rings, engraved and delivered. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I couldn't have organised the same products, as well priced and in such a short period of time, locally. My only criticism is that the engraving could be deeper. Thankyou so much! |

The band is perfect. It is exactly what my fiance wanted. I even had it inscribed. The best part about the process of buying the band was the customer service at e- wedding bands.com. The ring sizers were a huge help and the band I ordered was shipped very quickly. I would highly recommend this site to anyone. |

I wasn't sure what kind of service I was going to get or the quality of the ring. From the time I placed the order, I received an e-mail from customer service (one that did not seem canned by the way) detailing that the order was being processed. I also got notification of it being shipped as well.
The ring itself was fantastic, better than I expected and exactly what we were looking for. |

We ordered this band for my husband, our wedding was last May, and during our honeymoon less than one month later we noticed it had seperated. The middle portion of the band had seperated from what looks like the top and bottom portion. I emailed Customer Service and they fixed and resized it for us for free a year after we bought it! You can't beat the service and the ring. |
