| I ordered our wedding bands online, from Australia. Within 5 working days, I had two beautiful rings, engraved and delivered. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I couldn't have organised the same products, as well priced and in such a short period of time, locally. My only criticism is that the engraving could be deeper. Thankyou so much! | ||||

I wasn't sure what kind of service I was going to get or the quality of the ring. From the time I placed the order, I received an e-mail from customer service (one that did not seem canned by the way) detailing that the order was being processed. I also got notification of it being shipped as well. The ring itself was fantastic, better than I expected and exactly what we were looking for. |
