I bought these rings for my daughter's wedding in Europe. I had a little problem with the engraving. Jillian from sales was super nice; I mailed rings back and they engraved them again at no cost; not shipping cost either. Great product and great customer service. thank you so much. My daughter and her now husband loved them.

Being from Newport Beach we just couldn't help ourselves when we found the Newport wedding band. Great looking ring! Also, when I first purchased the ring the size we ordered was too big. I wore the ring for a couple of weeks to see if it felt better and it was still too large. E-Wedding bands exchanged the ring for the correct size - amazing customer service. |

Wonderful customer service. There was a slight issue with my order and the company contacted me right away to correct it. Very helpful and friendly. The ring is great; a unique design without being overly decorative. My fiance loves it. |
