  Customer service was excellent even though there was a slight delay in receiving my order. It was unavoidable due to ice and snow and you were all so apologetic. When the ring arrived it was exactly as pictured and I have not taken it off since.

  I got this in 3mm to go with my white-gold engagement ring for dressy occasions (I wear the titanium newport for everyday wear) and gosh, you can't beat this ring for quality and price. It's really shiny and bright and lovely. I'm quite pleased with my purchases, we were quoted over $500 each for white gold bands from a local jeweler.
