The product is exactly as described. I'm very pleased with the product and it was less expensive than I was able to find anywhere else locally or on the web. In addition, the service was exceptional. I ordered the band and it shipped much quicker than expected. However, the shipment was lost (this was confirmed by all the FedEx documentation and several conversations with FedEx). The customer support group at e-weddingbands.com was extremely helpful, filed the loss with FedEx, engraved a new band and reshipped without delay. I had the product – even with the shipping problem – within about a week. I would definitely order from e- Wedding Bands again. |

I ordered this ring last minute due to not having the funds until my Christmas bonus came through. I wanted to purchase this ring for my husband for Christmas as he has lost his wedding band. I was hopeful that it would make it home in time. I was so pleased with the way my order was processed so quickly and how fast it was delivered. I was also very happy with the product. I would definitely recommend e-wedding bands to anyone! |
