I purchased this band about three weeks ago. The first day I wore the band the surface began to scratch a bit. I called e wedding band and told the customer rep about the scratches and he told me I could return it for a full refund. I have decided to keep the band and live with the scratches. I believe it is just the nature of palladium to scratch a bit, but it isn't too bad. All in all I am fully satisfied with the customer service and would recommend e-weddingbands.com.
