I bought this ring for my husband who decided he'd like to wear a ring. I searched the web. I visited jewellers locally. Price-wise, it would be hard to do better.
I ordered the ring sizer available to determine the size he'd need, since he hasn't worn a ring in years. We followed the directions, even tho he complained about wearing a blue plastic ring in public. But it did allow us to find the right size the first time out of the box.
I had to turn it into a special order, since I wanted the heavy 18kt yellow gold domed band with comfort fit...and step-down sides. I emailed the site to see if one was available, and they recommended that I place it as a special order. I called the 800 number to place the order, and the person I spoke to was very helpful and polite. No worries, no hurry.
When the ring arrived I was pleasantly surprised by the beauty and weight of the ring. My husband is delighted with the look and how comfortable it is to wear. The high shine with the step-down sides gave the ring a more contemporary and unique look that he loves.
All in all, a very happy experience from start to finish, that happened with incredible swiftness. I'll use this company again, without a doubt.
