My experience with e-weddingbands was excellent at every turn. I was initially skeptical of purchasing jewelry from an online merchant, but the woman I spoke with on the phone (twice) before buying was very knowledgeable and affable. The ring was delivered promptly after my order was placed, and it was exactly as I expected it to be (including the engraving).
Being a titanium ring, it can't be re-sized, so I ordered it a half size larger than my finger (because most people put on a few pounds over the years). This proved to be a mistake because I lost it in the Hawaiian ocean the first morning of my honeymoon. No problem - I called e-weddingbands.com and spoke with a woman who very quickly walked me through the process of replacing the ring. Less than 48 hours later, a duplicate of my ring (the correct size this time) arrived at my resort!
I have nothing but great things to say about e-weddingbands, and I have recommended them to friends and family.
